Compound Filter Media – A low-resistance
electret filter media which is suitable for pleating filter
The compound filter media consist of 60g/m2 PET as the support
layer and 10~40g/m2 P.P. electret melt-blown filter media
combined by 3g~5g/m2 hot melt adhesive.
Air velocity at 5.3 cm/sec : resistance p=1.2~7.0

filtration efficiency F.E.=70%~99.5%.
Medium-High Efficiency Filter Media
We provide MERV 11, 12, 14, and 16 filter media according
to U.S. ASHRAE 52.2 (2000) standard. The final resistance
is three times more than the initial resistance. The HEPA-like
MERV 16 filter media can capture most of the particles before
they enter the HEPA filter. Such a configuration can extend
the service life of HEPA filter and reduce the maintenance
cost.

Home-Use HEPA Filter and Active Carbon Filter
We utilize the special technology to combine the HEPA filter
and active carbon granular with hot-melt adhesive fibers.
This product is easy for pleating. Resin-free lamination
can avoid the clogging of the active carbon pores which
will provide the best performance of active carbon. Suitable
for home-use air cleaner, car cabin filter, hospital bed
sheet.
